For the last 13 years, Waleed dedicated his career to leading innovative and positive change within the commercial insurance industry as a loss control professional. He has a passion for developing leadership competencies and managing all types of risk. In July 2017, he joined the Kum & Go leadership team to craft their global Enterprise Risk Management initiative. This includes building and managing captive relationships, managing the total cost of risk for a loss sensitive program, and leading the change efforts around the ERM evolution of the business. He holds several industry designations, a Business Administration degree from Hawaii Pacific University and an Executive MBA from the University of Iowa. Waleed also spent 13 years in service to our country as a military intelligence professional.
