The Grinnell Sub-Chapter celebrated its 30-year anniversary with an open house in September. It was attended by many current members and retirees.
Grinnell Sub-chapter
Our Grinnell Sub-chapter's 30th anniversary celebration is scheduled for Wednesday, September 20 at Grinnell Mutual (4215 Highway 146, Grinnell, IA) from 11:30 to 1 PM. All Iowa CPCU members are welcome to attend. If interested, please RSVP to Peg German at [email protected] by September 14. Hope you can make it!
The Grinnell Sub-Chapter of the Iowa CPCU Society Chapter donated $938 to the Montour Volunteer Fire Department on October 27, 2016 to go towards the purchase of a rescue saw. In October, members of the Grinnell Sub-Chapter sold jean day badges at Grinnell Mutual to raise money to support a local fire department. The Montour Volunteer Fire Department submitted a request to receive money to put towards the purchase of a rescue saw. Our subchapter reviewed the request and voted on giving the money that we earned through the jean day to them.
